Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on which carrier you selected during checkout, shipping times vary. In most cases, orders can take between 3-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
All orders are provided a tracking number once the product has been shipped. Tracking numbers are sent via email and can be checked regularly. Tracking can also be sent via text if the customer orders through their Shop Pay app or sign up for Facebook messenger updates before submitting their order.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 670091 Northfield OH, 44067, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders can be returned 30 days after the package has been delivered. Due to COVID-19, all returns must be unopened and not tampered with.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds can be issued in full before products are shipped. Once products are shipped refunds cannot be issued unless the product has been sent back to The Kurldom unopened. After the product has been inspected and cleared, a full refund will be issued.

What kind of payments do you accept?
The Kurldom accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. During pop-up shop's, The Kurldom accepts exact change cash payments.
